- In a medium bowl, combine all of the sauce ingredients, stir well, then taste.
- Stir in a pinch of salt and pepper, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Taste again, adjusting with more salt and pepper if needed, and serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Allow the sauce to sit in the fridge for deep flavor development. Fresh herbs make a noticeable difference in taste. Can also be used in pasta dishes or as a dip.
