Preparation
  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly and dry it.
  2. If using canned pineapple, drain it well.
  3. Chop the apples and strawberries into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Cut the grapes in half, if desired.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  2. Add the lemon juice and Greek yogurt, and mix gently until coated.
  3. If using, fold in the marshmallows.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.
