- Pour in the chicken broth, simmering and scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Reduce heat to low, then mix in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese until the cheese melts and the sauce turns creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
