  • 1 medium Onion, chopped Brings sweetness and flavor to the dish.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated For a salty, nutty finish.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking the steak.

Preparation
  1. Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the garlic and onion finely.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Drain the pasta and set aside, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the skillet and sear until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add the cooked pasta along with a splash of reserved pasta water for consistency.
  6. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
Serving
  1. Plate the creamy steak pasta hot from the skillet.
  2. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
