Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a high-speed blender, add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and non-dairy milk.
  2. Blend on high for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Stop the blender, scrape down the sides with a spatula or use a tamper to push the mixture towards the blades.
  4. Blend again until the mixture is creamy and thick, like soft serve.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl. The texture should be thick enough to hold toppings without sinking.
  2. Generously sprinkle granola, fresh strawberry slices, and hemp seeds on top.
  3. Feel free to add any other toppings that excite your palate.
