  • 1 can White Beans, drained and rinsed You can also use navy beans or cannellini.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Avocado oil can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Apple cider vinegar can be used instead.
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced Roasted garlic can add a sweeter flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped Thyme or basil may be used as substitutes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary.
  2. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with fresh herbs as a garnish, if desired.

Notes

Chill the dip for 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors. You can also freeze the dip for up to 3 months.
