Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends to secure the filling.
- Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook the wraps for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove them from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking. Experiment with cheeses and add veggies for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
