Wings Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange a wire rack on top. Spray the rack lightly with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. In a large bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss wings until well-coated.
- Spread wings evenly on the rack, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the wings bake, melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in garlic, hot sauce, and white vinegar. Remove and set aside.
Blue Cheese Dip Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, and white vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure crisping. Wings can be marinated in the dry mixture for some hours for improved flavor.
