Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, everything-bagel seasoning, dried herbs, and grated Parmesan. Stir well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, creating small mounds, spaced apart.
  4. Flatten the mounds slightly with a spatula to achieve a chip-like shape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
