Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside.
  2. Whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth, then add in the heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the top.
  2. Sprinkle chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, ensuring the chicken reaches a safe temperature.
  4. Add butter during the last 30 minutes and stir to melt.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
