Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes after washing them thoroughly. Optionally, peel the cucumbers before slicing them thinly and slice the cherry tomatoes in half for better integration into the salad.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella balls.
  3. Tear fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture for added freshness.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  6. Gently toss the salad to evenly distribute the ingredients and dressing, then serve immediately.
