Cooking the Eggs
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Preparing the Filling
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, remove the yolks and mash them with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
