- Sprinkle kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down in a baking dish and arrange lemon slices around if using.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon uncovered until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
