- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Add the cubed brioche bread and raisins (if using) to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with heavy cream or your favorite topping.
Notes
Serve warm from the oven, drizzled with caramel or a dollop of whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can freeze it for up to 2 months.
