Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter or olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, tossing them vigorously until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and starts to crisp on the edges.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve hot with blue cheese dressing and crunchy celery sticks.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, broil the cauliflower on high for the last 2 minutes of baking. You can substitute the butter with olive oil and omit the blue cheese dressing for a vegan version.
