Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter or olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, tossing them vigorously until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and starts to crisp on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot with blue cheese dressing and crunchy celery sticks.
Notes
For an extra crispy finish, broil the cauliflower on high for the last 2 minutes of baking. You can substitute the butter with olive oil and omit the blue cheese dressing for a vegan version.
