Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly.
  4. Layer the tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
  6. If using, add peas evenly across the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
