Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the pan, cooking for about 3-4 minutes, just until tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together, allowing flavors to combine for 1-2 minutes.
  6. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for extra heat.
