Method
 

Preparation
  1. Carefully take crab meat out of the jar and into a bowl, checking for pieces of shell.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the 1/2 cup of shaved Parmesan cheese meant for topping. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the lightly greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. For an extra crispy topping, turn on the broiler for a few seconds, but watch it closely to avoid burning.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh vegetables, crackers, or toasted bread. This dip can be prepped ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
