- Next, add ½ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and 2 green onions (diced), along with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Mix everything well until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the dip chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, garnish with additional green onions on top for presentation.
- Serve cold with your choice of raw veggie sticks, chips, or crackers.
