Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, place softened 8 oz cream cheese. Mix it well using a spatula to make it smooth and fluffy.
  2. Next, add ½ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and 2 green onions (diced), along with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Mix everything well until fully combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the dip chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. After chilling, garnish with additional green onions on top for presentation.
  5. Serve cold with your choice of raw veggie sticks, chips, or crackers.

Notes
