Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  4. Season the cubed chicken with salt and lemon pepper.
Baking
  1. Nestle the seasoned chicken into the baking dish with the other ingredients.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Layer thin slices of lemon on top of the dish.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
