  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  2. Place the chicken on the grill or in the oven, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 6-7 minutes per side on the grill or 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to retain its juices.
