Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs.

  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for cooking the meatballs.
Cooking
  1. Shape the meat mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  2. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
