- Start by brewing your coffee or espresso. Pour it gently into your favorite coffee mug.
- In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until it steams and a few tiny bubbles form. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla syrup.
- Pour the milk into a tall glass. Using a handheld frother, froth the milk until light and airy. Alternatively, fill a mason jar with milk, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until frothy.

Notes
To serve, present your latte with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon. Pairing with a scone or cottage cheese wraps adds a perfect touch to your morning. Store brewed coffee in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheating gently over the stove is recommended. Freezing the latte is not advised, but you can freeze coffee in ice cube trays for later use.
