Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 3 oz brewed strong coffee or espresso Choose your favorite blend for a personal touch.
  • 4 oz milk Dairy or non-dairy alternatives like almond or oat milk work perfectly.
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla syrup Opt for homemade vanilla syrup for a richer flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by brewing your coffee or espresso. Pour it gently into your favorite coffee mug.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until it steams and a few tiny bubbles form. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla syrup.
  3. Pour the milk into a tall glass. Using a handheld frother, froth the milk until light and airy. Alternatively, fill a mason jar with milk, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until frothy.
  4. Pour the frothy milk over the hot coffee and savor the warm, comforting drink.

Notes

To serve, present your latte with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon. Pairing with a scone or cottage cheese wraps adds a perfect touch to your morning. Store brewed coffee in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheating gently over the stove is recommended. Freezing the latte is not advised, but you can freeze coffee in ice cube trays for later use.
