- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add milk and vanilla, mixing until combined.

- Stir in chocolate chips. Serve immediately or chill for firmer dough.

Make sure to heat-treat the flour to keep it safe for eating raw. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
