  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning Adds a spicy kick
For the Tacos
  • 8 pieces Tortillas The perfect vessel for fillings
  • 2 cups Cabbage Finely chopped for crisp texture
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Bright and tangy flavor
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Creamy texture for the sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh herb for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the fish, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Chop the cabbage finely and set aside in a bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Finely chop cilantro for garnish.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  2. Once hot, place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. While the fish is cooking, warm the tortillas in another skillet or in the microwave.
Serving
  1. Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a minute.
  2. Assemble the tacos by placing fish on the tortillas followed by cabbage.
  3. Drizzle the tangy lime crema over the top and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
