- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
- Place flank steak in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over steak and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Flip halfway if possible.
- Remove steak from marinade, pat dry, and grill over high heat 4–6 minutes per side.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, marinate overnight and always slice thinly against the grain after resting.
