Preparation

- Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming cloud shapes.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and fluffy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months. For added flavor, mix in herbs or spices like garlic powder or onion powder.
