- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the edges of the foil tightly to create a secure pouch.
Cooking
- Grill for 9-10 minutes or bake in the oven, checking for doneness after about 40 minutes.
- Optionally, top the cooked packs with sliced green onions before serving immediately.
