Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage and Fritos.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Combine the Salad
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and Fritos, and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Chill and Serve
