Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper in a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter the mixed fruits and toppings over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months. Ensure to keep them spaced out initially to prevent sticking.
