Ingredients

Fruits
  • 4 cups Strawberries (2 pounds) Adds sweetness and vibrant color; make sure they’re fresh and ripe.
  • 4 cups Red Grapes (1.5 pounds) Sweet and juicy, perfect balance for the mix.
  • 4 cups Green Grapes (1.5 pounds) For crunch and a slightly tart contrast.
  • 4 cups Honeydew Melon (1/2 melon) Soft, sweet, and hydrating.
  • 3 cups Blueberries (14 ounces) Rich in antioxidants; a small yet mighty berry.
  • 3 cups Pineapple (1/2 pineapple) Adds a tropical flair and juicy sweetness.
  • 2 cups Blackberries (8 ounces) Beautiful color and a burst of flavor.
  • 1 cup Kiwi (3 kiwis) Bright and tangy to top off the mix.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all your berries and the outside of the honeydew melon thoroughly. Drain and let them air dry.
  2. Remove the stems from the strawberries and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Place these clean pieces in an extra large commercial-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the honeydew melon and pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces before adding them to the bowl.
  4. Remove the grapes from their stems, rinse, and add them to the mixing bowl with the other fruits.
  5. Gently add the blueberries to the mix, taking care not to crush them.
  6. Very gently fold the fruits together. Be mindful of mixing techniques to prevent any of the softer fruits from breaking apart.
  7. Carefully pour or spoon the mixed fruit into a serving bowl or aluminum foil party pans for easier distribution.
  8. Finish by sprinkling chopped kiwi and the clean, dry blackberries on top. This step not only adds flavor but also elevates the presentation.

Notes

Prepare your fruit ahead of time for even easier assembly. Serve the salad with a scoop of yogurt for an extra protein boost. This dish can be served as a side for barbecues or larger gatherings.
