Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
- Transfer half of the brownie batter to the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon dollops of peanut butter across the surface of the batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter, then swirl it together using a knife or a toothpick.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Serving
- Once cooled, lift the brownie bites out of the pan using the parchment paper.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and serve immediately or store for later.
- Enjoy these fudgy treats with a glass of milk or alongside a fruit for a balanced snack.
Notes
For an even fudgier texture, avoid overbaking. Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Experiment with different types of nut butters for variety. Use a sharp knife to ensure clean cuts for your brownie bites.
