Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and generously brush both sides with the garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once removed from the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken before serving.
Notes
Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juiciness. Leftover chicken can be shredded for salads or sandwiches.
