  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Can substitute with chicken thighs for more flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning Dried herbs work well if you don't have a blend.
  • 1 tsp Salt To enhance flavors.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To enhance flavors.
  • 1 tsp Paprika Cayenne can be used for heat.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Can swap with vegetable oil.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Use a vegan alternative if dairy-free.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Can be substituted with garlic powder.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Can use dried parsley as an alternative.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Coat the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in a single layer in the skillet, avoiding overcrowding.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes, or until nearly cooked through.
  3. Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Scrape the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits.

Notes

Serve the chicken bites with a fresh green salad, fluffy rice, or roasted vegetables. Marinate chicken in seasoning overnight for deeper flavor. Use a meat thermometer aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F for perfectly cooked chicken.
