- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cooking
- Place the chicken in a single layer in the skillet, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes, or until nearly cooked through.
- Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Scrape the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits.
