  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Dill or basil can be used as substitutes.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant but not browned.
  2. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. Finish with fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
  4. Serve over pasta or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

Notes

Quickly sauté the shrimp to prevent overcooking. It should take only a few minutes. Pair with homemade garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal.
