Preparation
- Prepare the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, roughly 3–4 minutes.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles, tossing gently to mix with chicken and vegetables.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing to ensure even coating.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for about 2 months.
