Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the baking pan with nonstick spray, foil, or parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken breasts with paprika, crushed bouillon cube, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Making the Topping
  1. In a medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, pepper, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and the remaining paprika. Stir to blend thoroughly.
  2. Spoon half of the mixture over the arranged chicken, ensuring even coverage.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Once baked, remove from the oven and serve hot with a spoonful of pan juices poured over the top.

Notes

For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours or overnight. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking. If you want a golden crust, broil for an additional minute or two, watching closely to prevent burning.
