Ingredients
  

  • 4 thighs chicken
  • 4 drumsticks chicken
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake 45–50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
