Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each piece into a bagel.
  6. Arrange the formed bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Optionally, brush each bagel with a beaten egg for a shiny finish and sprinkle your desired toppings.
Baking
  1. Bake them for about 20–25 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
  2. Allow the bagels to cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Freeze them in a single layer until firm, then transfer to a zip-top bag for up to three months. Reheat in the oven before serving.
