Preparation

Chilling
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula for an even finish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Serving
- Once set, remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator.
- Carefully release the springform pan.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with your favorite toppings if desired.
Notes
Refrigerate overnight for a firmer cheesecake. Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Garnish with fresh fruit or fruit compote for added flavor.
