Preparation
- Add the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl. Stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms and most of the flour is incorporated.
- Knead the dough in the bowl for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and no dry bits remain.
Rolling
- Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough to ¼ inch thick.
Baking
- Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450°F.
- Carefully roll the dough over your rolling pin to transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape your crust as thick or thin as you like.
- Add pizza sauce, mozzarella slices, and your favorite toppings, then bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp around the edges.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for more richness. Don't over-knead the dough and let it rest briefly for easier rolling. Preheat the baking sheet for a crispy crust.
