Ingredients

Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cups self-rising flour The base of the dough that provides structure and lift.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Adds moisture and protein, eliminating the need for rising agents.
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Marinara or pizza sauce Essential for spreading onto the crust.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Provides that classic gooey cheese experience.
  • Toppings of choice Customize your pizza with your favorites like vegetables or meats.

Method

Preparation
  1. Add the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl. Stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms and most of the flour is incorporated.
  2. Knead the dough in the bowl for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and no dry bits remain.
Rolling
  1. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough to ¼ inch thick.
Baking
  1. Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450°F.
  2. Carefully roll the dough over your rolling pin to transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape your crust as thick or thin as you like.
  3. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella slices, and your favorite toppings, then bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp around the edges.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for more richness. Don't over-knead the dough and let it rest briefly for easier rolling. Preheat the baking sheet for a crispy crust.
