Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale Rich in vitamins A, C, and K; substitute with any leafy green like Swiss chard or collard greens.
  • 1 cup spinach (packed) Provides extra iron and fiber; can be swapped with more kale or romaine lettuce.
  • 2 stalks celery Adds hydration and crunch; try cucumber if you prefer.
  • 1 large cucumber Refreshing and hydrating; substitute with zucchini for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes Sweet and juicy; you can use green pears or apples instead.
  • 1 large green apple Sweetness to balance greens; any crunchy apple will do.
  • 1 inch piece ginger (peeled) Adds zing and aids digestion; if you prefer milder, reduce the amount or omit.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 wedge lime Adds brightness; lemon juice works beautifully as well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the fruits and vegetables thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. Remove the tough stems from the kale and roughly chop the leaves.
  3. Slice the celery and cucumber into halves for easier juicing.
  4. Core the apple, slicing it into halves or quarters based on your juicer's capacity.
Juicing
  1. Juice all ingredients together until smooth, and then divide the juice into two refreshing glasses.
  2. Garnish with fresh lime wedges for a zesty squeeze on top if desired.

Notes

Pour Green Goddess Juice into chilled glasses, optionally garnished with lime wedges, and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator, best enjoyed within 24 hours. You can freeze the juice in ice cube trays for later use.
