- Slice the celery and cucumber into halves for easier juicing.
- Core the apple, slicing it into halves or quarters based on your juicer's capacity.
Juicing
- Juice all ingredients together until smooth, and then divide the juice into two refreshing glasses.
- Garnish with fresh lime wedges for a zesty squeeze on top if desired.
Notes
Pour Green Goddess Juice into chilled glasses, optionally garnished with lime wedges, and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator, best enjoyed within 24 hours. You can freeze the juice in ice cube trays for later use.
