Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix water, salt, and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring they are covered with the brine, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat grill for indirect cooking to 375°F.
  2. Remove wings from brine, discard the brine, and pat wings dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix oil, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Toss the wings with the mixture until well coated.
  5. Grill wings for about 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from grill, toss wings with barbecue sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

For maximum flavor, ensure wings are fully coated with marinade, and grill wings carefully to avoid burning.
