Cooking
- Preheat grill for indirect cooking to 375°F.
- Remove wings from brine, discard the brine, and pat wings dry.
- In a small bowl, mix oil, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss the wings with the mixture until well coated.
- Grill wings for about 45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from grill, toss wings with barbecue sauce in a large bowl until well coated.

- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
