Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one flour tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

  5. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet and slice in half.

Notes
