Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the mangoes lengthwise, removing the pit.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, Aleppo pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Lightly brush the mango slices with the olive oil mixture.
Grilling
  1. Place the coated mango slices on the grill for about 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
  2. Drizzle honey over the mango slices before serving.

Notes

Grilled mango pairs beautifully with grilled meats or can be enjoyed on salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezing is possible but may alter texture.
