Preparation
- Preheat the grill to the lowest heat setting.
- Coat the bottom side of each naan piece with olive oil.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly on the top side of each naan.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Grilling
- Oil the grill grates and place the naan pizzas on the grill.
- Close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts, checking regularly to prevent burning.
Serving
- Remove the pizzas from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
Notes
To ensure the best results, use an oil spray for even coating and consider pre-slicing the pepperoni. Cooking over low heat prevents burnt edges and uneven melting.
