Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to the lowest heat setting.
  2. Coat the bottom side of each naan piece with olive oil.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly on the top side of each naan.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Distribute pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Grilling
  1. Oil the grill grates and place the naan pizzas on the grill.
  2. Close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts, checking regularly to prevent burning.
Serving
  1. Remove the pizzas from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes

To ensure the best results, use an oil spray for even coating and consider pre-slicing the pepperoni. Cooking over low heat prevents burnt edges and uneven melting.
