  • 4 cups Cooking oil High smoke point oil like canola or vegetable oil.
For the Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs Chicken wings Fresh or frozen, both yield delicious results.
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce Choose a brand that meets your dietary goals.

Preparation
  1. Rub the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil; let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cut potatoes into strips and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Marinate chicken wings in barbecue sauce while potatoes soak.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Drain and dry potatoes. Heat oil to 350°F for frying.
  3. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side; let it rest for 5-10 minutes afterward.
  4. Fry the potatoes in small batches until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes each.
  5. Bake or grill the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serving
  1. Plate the grilled steak, crispy fries, and BBQ chicken wings together.
