- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and bell pepper. Cook until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in ground beef. Brown well until no longer pink.
- Mix in cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir to coat beef.
- Add diced tomatoes and broth. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Fold in cooked rice. Heat through and adjust seasoning.
