  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Could substitute with ground chicken for variety.
  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans Frozen green beans can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Avocado oil can also be used for sautéing.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Minced shallots or onion can be used as substitutes.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Enhance with additional spices or herbs like thyme or rosemary.

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs and spices.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve the turkey and green beans over rice or quinoa. Enjoy your healthy meal!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. This dish can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat gently.
