Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Incorporate ground turkey; cook until browned.

Notes

For added texture, throw in some grated carrots along with the zucchini. You can serve with a light salad for a well-rounded meal. Leftovers can be used in wraps or on a bed of rice.
